Get to Know Me
Brad Caruso is a partner and practice leader for the Firm’s Not-For-Profit and Education Services Team, bringing more than 20 years of experience with Withum. He helps both the Firm and nonprofit organizations navigate emerging trends, address evolving challenges and stay ahead in a dynamic industry landscape.
Serving as an auditor, outsourced accountant/CFO and strategic advisor, Brad works with a diverse range of nonprofit organizations, including foundations, social service agencies and membership associations.
Brad hosts Withum’s Civic Warriors podcast, which spotlights nonprofit leaders driving meaningful changes in their communities while overcoming complex challenges. Through conversations centered on resilience, social justice, mental health, innovation and mission impact, the podcast serves as a platform for education, awareness and community engagement.

Brad is a respected thought leader in the nonprofit sector, sharing insights and best practices on nonprofit accounting and operations through speaking engagements, internal and external trainings and industry events nationwide.
Beyond his professional contributions, Brad is deeply committed to serving his community as a Trustee and Lieutenant with Montgomery Township Volunteer Fire Co. No. 1, where he is an active volunteer firefighter.
Outside of work, Brad enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Ashley, their two children and their golden retriever, Duke. Whether competing in endurance sporting events, volunteering in his community or enjoying family adventures, he values staying active and connected. In quieter moments, he’s a fan of movies, with The Lord of the Rings ranking among his favorites.
