With over 18 years of experience in public accounting and the private sector, Orynthia excels in performing audits, reviews, and accounting for a diverse range of industries, including nonprofit, hospitality, manufacturing/distribution, aviation, financial institutions, healthcare, and telecommunications.
She specializes in auditing nonprofit organizations, such as higher education institutions, foundations, and HUD projects, conducting federal and state single audits, program-specific audits, and audits of employee benefit plans.
Orynthia’s expertise lies in ensuring adherence to grant awards based on audits performed in accordance with OMB’s Uniform Guidance. As a quality control principal, she provides technical assistance, training, and technical reviews, helping to enhance the firm’s internal quality control system.

Orynthia actively participates in the firm’s Team Member Resource Group (TMRG) – BLAAC and serves as the Treasurer for Glam-A-Thon Inc, a local breast cancer charity.
Outside of office, Orynthia is passionate about singing, sports, and playing her guitar. She often travels to her hometown, Jamaica for delicious food, sunshine, and beach vibes, finding music to be her ultimate therapy.
