Jessica Hollobaugh, Partner, has over 20 years of diversified public accounting experience which she leverages in providing consulting and expert witness services to attorneys, corporations, and individuals in connection with complex civil and criminal litigation.

As the Market Leader of Withum’s national Forensics, Investigations and White-Collar Criminal Defense practice, Jessica leads a team that specializes in performing complex forensic, white-collar, and corporate investigations. She is routinely engaged to perform white-collar investigations and defense, corporate internal investigations, CARES Act and Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) investigations, estate, trust and other tax investigations, economic damage calculations, business valuations and other complex forensic accounting analyses across a broad cross-section of industries.

Jessica has testified in Federal and State Courts in both civil and criminal matters and has been recognized as a leader in the field of forensic accounting, having been awarded the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ (AICPA) Forensic and Valuation Services Standing Ovation Award in 2016, and the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) 40 under 40 Award in 2018. Because of her strong commitment to client service, Jessica was also recognized by Withum as a 2017 nominee and 2018 winner of the firm’s prestigious Strength in Client Service Award. She has also featured on ROI-NJ “How to React to Feds’ Crackdown on PPP Fraud.”

Jessica was also appointed by the Supreme Court of New Jersey to serve on both the District VII Ethics Committee and the District VII Fee Arbitration Committee. As a member of the Fee Arbitration Committee since 2021, Jessica serves as a public member on panels which hear complaints on attorney fees, an alternative for clients who are seeking resolution for fee disputes with their attorney. Additionally, since 2018, Jessica has served as a public member of the Ethics Committee, the investigative and prosecutorial arm of the Supreme Court of New Jersey tasked with discharging the Court’s constitutional responsibility to supervise and discipline New Jersey attorneys.
