I really care how you vote, but this is not about that. It is about voting.

How you vote is your business. “Voting” is everyone’s business.

I believe it is important for everyone to vote. Voting is a cornerstone of Democracy and a privilege most people in the world do not have. Not voting is a slap in the face to who we are as a nation.

I know a lot of people are not happy with the current two major party candidates. Too bad. But you must choose one of them. Not voting not only leaves the decision up to others but sends a message that you do not value this right that too many have fought for and given up their lives for.

On some level, it is a personality contest, but in larger regard, it is about dozens and dozens of major issues that affect how we live, who we are as a people, our respect for each other, our financial and national security and day to day living.

A large voter turnout affirms who we are as Americans and sends a strong signal to the rest of the world that we are proud to be citizens of the United States of America.

Vote. It is your right and obligation.
