In July 2017, the Firm launched a new billing initiative where a centralized billing team would manage all partner billings using a weekly billing cycle. The team was selected from various offices and cost centers leaving their traditional roles behind to take on this challenge. Each CB member was assigned 5-6 partners per week with all invoices due each Friday. With new, uncharted territory for the Firm, the team’s positive “we won’t fail” attitude made them succeed in providing the Firm with more consistency in billing practices and cash flows.
