John is a partner with more than 30 years of experience in public accounting specializing in the dealership and small businesses space. As a leader within Withum’s dealership services group, he has performed analysis of factory financial statements, assisted with liquidations and cash flow analyses as well as preparation of compilations, reviews and audits of financial statements.

John has presented in webinars for New York and New Jersey state associations, in particular, NYSADA and NJCAR on topics ranging from dealership operations to the SBA/PPP loan applications and forgiveness. Most recently he has helped clients with the purchase and sale of dealerships, inclusive of the related due diligence and valuation work. Prior to joining the firm, John was a partner of The Mironov Group.
