Ed is a licensed certified public accountant in the states of New Jersey, New York, and Iowa, a chartered global management accountant, a certified fraud examiner and is also certified in financial forensics. Ed specializes in the innovation and technology of accounting, auditing and consulting services for both public and private companies in the technology, life sciences, manufacturing, distribution, construction, government and service industries.

With over 25 years of industry experience, Ed has an extensive background providing business advisory, auditing, internal control over financial reporting, complex accounting and other consulting services to SEC registrants and private companies. and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He is also the Team Leader of our International Accounting & Auditing Services Group, which includes IFRS Implementation, Convergence & Reporting.

Ed serves as the President of the NJCPA, of which he’s been a member for 26 years. He is a member of the AICPA, where he formerly served on the Technical Standards Subcommittee and was an Independence and Ethics Joint Trial Board Member. Ed was one of the honorees of the 2008 “Forty Under 40” list by NJBIZ, a program which recognizes a commitment to business growth, professional excellence and to the community.

In the community, Ed is a Board Member of the Global Lyme Alliance, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to research, raising awareness, promoting advocacy and supporting initiatives to finding a cure for Lyme and other tick-borne diseases. Locally, Ed is a past board member of directors of Junior Achievement and Big Brothers Big Sisters.
