Michael Roppo is the director of dealer fixed operations and a business development and turnaround expert for the automotive practice of WithumSmith+Brown, PC. Michael is a speaker, author, trainer and facilitator with over 30 years of experience. He is also a partner of Automotive Domain Results, a consulting practice associated with Withum focused on providing highly specialized management alignment training process and programs with a mission to help dealerships of all sizes achieve maximum performance, profitability, customer satisfaction and retention. As director of dealership fixed operations consulting and training department, Michael is responsible for corporate and entrepreneur dealership service as well as sales performance and management training. He is also responsible for the business development aspect of the training and consulting part of the organization for automotive dealerships.
Michael has developed and written several training programs, and articles to the industry including How to Master the Art of Selling Value-Added Service, the “How-To” series of service, and is the co-creator of the S.M.A.R.T. Dealer Academy and Critical Performance Indicator Results. He has also contributed to many motor industry related publications.
