Diana excels in leading a high-performance team through expertise in data security resource initiatives. She has more than 20 years of experience across regulatory risk management, compliance, data privacy, business and administrative management, business continuity, e-discovery, IT security and policy controls aligned to security and data privacy frameworks. She illustrates high-level performance directing and supporting internal/external operations and communications both domestically and internationally. Diana has experience collaborating with senior business and IT services’ leaders and other risk managers to resolve challenging matters and supporting large scale implementation and remediation efforts with consultation on how to implement security controls that will aid in the protection and privacy of data. Diana provides regular review of company data privacy policies and procedures and considerations for improvements and operational efficiencies, including initiating, maintenance and revising policies, standards, procedures, work instructions and guidelines for the general operation of the Data Protection and Privacy Program and its related activities. She makes personnel recommendations regarding employment, career development performance evaluations, compensations and promotions within policy and guidelines.
From policies and procedures to controls, frameworks, data mapping and compliance with federal, state and international data privacy laws, including GDPR, CCPA, APEC, CNIL, CSA, COPPA, HIPPA, FERPA, etc., Diana and team assist in ensuring an organization is not only ready and/or compliant but work to leverage and maximize the organization’s ROI and technology and business spend.
Diana received her bachelor of arts in International Studies with a concentration in Economics and a minor in French from Fordham University.
