As an Advisory Manager in the Automotive Niche at Withum, Brandon assists PEGs in determining investment quality through commercial, financial, and operational due diligence. He works closely with automotive dealers, automotive vendors and auto-tech companies within M&A, operational performance improvement, valuation and traditional tax and assurance services. Brandon is passionate about helping clients achieve their growth objectives by providing sound advice in a constantly evolving industry.

Give Back

Brandon regularly contributes to publications for the New York Independent Auto Dealer Association and New Jersey Independent Auto Dealer Association on various topics from Mergers & Acquisitions, Form 8300 disclosures, and How To Read Dealer Financial Statements. Brandon participates in the annual Dolphins Challenge Cancer (DCC) 5k, raising funds for the innovative Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center. He is also part of the University of Miami’s Young Leaders Group (YLG), a group designed to facilitate meaningful interactions with current accounting and finance students. He also represents the Firm at campus career fairs and Beta Alpha Psi meetings at the University of Miami.

Work Hard/Play Hard

Outside of the office, Brandon enjoys spending time with his family, whether that be boating around South Florida, playing tennis at his local courts or finding hidden eatery gems in his community.
