Luca is a strategic tax manager with deep expertise in tax planning and consulting, including business tax returns, income tax provisions (ASC 740), tax credits and incentives (i.e. R&D, QETC, ERC, NJEDA), state and local income tax, sales tax, transfer pricing, and international tax. Luca also provides tax advice related to M&A due diligence, entity formation, and exit planning, including Qualified Small Business Stock planning.
Luca has extensive experience within the Technology and Emerging Growth Industry Services team and is a Team Leader for the Healthtech vertical. The Technology and Emerging Growth Industry Services team includes a specialized tax team that services many well-known companies. The team’s robust industry knowledge allows for meaningful guidance across clients’ lifespans, from pre-revenue to exit, and accentuates Withum’s advisory, tax, and audit strengths to provide a wide spectrum of collaboration opportunities.
