While the SBA continues to issue guidance relating to PPP loans, many questions remain around the PPP loan forgiveness process and the rules governing headcount and wage reductions. Presented by Withum’s Daniel Mayo, National Lead, Federal Tax Policy and Anthony Rainone, Esq., Member of Brach Eichler’s Labor and Employment Practice, this webinar will provide guidance on the PPP loan forgiveness process and how you can prepare your healthcare organization for maximum loan forgiveness.

Attendees will be able to:

  • Interpret the updated PPP Loan Forgiveness Application Forms provided by the SBA (standard and EZ applications).
  • Understand the impact the PPP Flexibility Act of 2020 has on the loan forgiveness calculation.
  • Identify the pros and cons to using a covered period of 24 weeks or 8 weeks.
  • Describe additional safe harbors for the FTE reductions.
