Richard J. Serluco - CPA, Partner Emeritus
Richard is located in our Red Bank, NJ, office and has over 40 years of professional accounting experience. He is a certified public accountant in the states of New Jersey and New York and specializes in providing accounting, auditing, tax, financial and reimbursement consulting services to health care and not-for-profit organizations. Richard has provided clients with various accounting services including audits of financial statements, budget preparation, financial planning, business valuations and financial feasibility studies.
A graduate of The City University of New York, Richard earned his BBA degree in accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA), and the Health Care Committee of the Society. He is also a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA). Prior to joining WS+B, Richard was founder and partner of Serluco & Co., L.L.C. (merged with WS+B in 2009).
Richard is very active in his community, serving on the Board of Trustees of Presbyterian Homes and Services, Inc. and is a member of the Audit Committee of Georgian Court University. In addition, he is a past trustee of Bayshore Community Hospital and Children’s Psychiatric Center. Richard has also published several articles and presented numerous seminars on health care topics.
