Kirk V. Holderbaum - CPA, Partner

Kirk is the partner-in-charge of our Somerville office and has over 20 years experience in public accounting and business consulting. He is a licensed certified public accountant in the state of New Jersey and specializes in business advisory services and forensic accounting. His industry areas of expertise include mortgage banking, technology, professional firms and food service.

A graduate of Rutgers University, Newark, Kirk received his bachelor’s degree in accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA). Kirk began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (formerly Coopers & Lybrand). He serves as lead partner in a number of financial statement audits of defined benefit and contribution plans for both public and privately held companies.

Kirk led the Branchburg youth wrestling program for a number of years, which consisted of over 50 first to sixth graders, and he also assists Somerville High School in raising funds for its football, wrestling and baseball programs. Kirk is a trustee on the Branchburg Education Foundation, which is dedicated to raising money for additional educational programs. Kirk recently has been asked to serve as a member of the Rutgers University Accounting Advisory Board. He resides in Somerset County.
