Based in the Princeton office, Jack directs the firm’s business investigations unit. A certified public accountant, a certified fraud examiner, a certified valuation analyst, and a diplomate of the American Board of Forensic Accounting, he has provided forensic accounting services to attorneys, corporations, insurance companies and to agencies of the U.S. government for 20 years. These engagements have included merger and acquisition due diligence services, specialized audits such as royalty audits, shareholder and contract litigation, bankruptcies and business valuations. Jack also has extensive experience conducting financial investigations to uncover fraud and embezzlement schemes, quantify damages and assess internal control weaknesses.
Jack is a graduate of La Salle University in Philadelphia, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance. Jack is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Management Consulting Services Section of the AICPA, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), a fellow in the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA), and a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, as well as a diplomate of the American Board of Forensic Accounting. He is also a member of the Turnaround Management Association and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
In his community, Jack is vice president and board member of the Central Bucks East Ice Hockey Club. He resides in Bucks County, PA.
