Louis Sandor III - CPA, CCIFP®, Partner

Lou is a partner in our Red Bank office and is a licensed certified public accountant in the states of New Jersey, New York and Florida.  In addition, he holds the CCIFP (certified construction industry financial professional) credential through the Institute of Certified Construction Industry Financial Professionals. With more than 20 years of professional experience, Lou is in charge of the firm’s Construction Services Team which specializes in servicing builders, specialty contractors, suppliers, manufacturers and distributors in the construction industry. He also has hands-on experience with insurance agencies, manufacturing, transportation and importing industries. Lou is involved with providing audit, tax and consulting services to companies ranging from closely-held businesses to multinational corporations.

A magna cum laude graduate of Rider University with a BS degree in accounting, Lou joined WS+B in 1990 after working at a large international CPA firm in which he started his career in auditing large manufacturers and construction companies. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA).

The WS+B Construction Services Team is a member of the Utility & Transportation Contractors Association (UTCA), the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), the New Jersey Builders Association (NJBA), the Builders League of South Jersey (BLSJ), the Shore Builders Association of Central New Jersey (SBACNJ), the New Jersey Subcontractors Association, Inc. (NJSA), the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA), the Building Contractors Association of New Jersey (BCANJ), the NJ Alliance for Action and the Monmouth-Ocean Development Council (MODC). Lou resides in Monmouth County, NJ.
