Shrikant M. Nadkarni - CPA, CFP®, CVA, Partner

Shrikant (“Shree”) is a partner based in our Somerville, NJ, office with over 20 years experience in public accounting. Shree is licensed as a certified public accountant in New Jersey and New York, a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and a certified valuation analyst. He provides counseling to clients in a wide range of matters in tax and financial services, securing and monitoring business financing, and preparing plans and valuations of business entities. His industry expertise spans information technology, manufacturing and distribution, the medical profession, high net worth individuals and medium-sized service businesses.

Shree holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Sydenham College, University of Bombay, and an MBA in finance and a post-masters certificate in taxation from the Baruch College of the City University of New York. He has held senior level positions with Ernst & Young and KPMG Peat Marwick, and he managed his own tax and financial planning practice before joining Weeks Holderbaum DeGraw & Nadkarni, LLP (merged with WS+B in 2005). He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA), the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts and the Financial Planning Association.

He serves on the Finance Committee of Interfaith Council for the Homeless of Union County and volunteers his time and professional expertise to help many nonprofit organizations manage their finances. Shree resides in Middlesex County, New Jersey.
