Ivan C. Brown - CPA, Partner

Ivan is one of the founders of WithumSmith+Brown, PC, and served as Managing Partner of our firm for 20 years. Based in the Red Bank, NJ, office, he has over 40 years of public accounting experience and is a licensed certified public accountant in the state of New Jersey. Ivan's background has been primarily with privately-held businesses in the construction, advertising, professional services and manufacturing sectors.

Ivan began his career with Haskins & Sells, the predecessor to Deloitte & Touche, after graduating with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the State University of New York at Albany. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA).

Ivan currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Meridian Health.  He is also a member of the Executive Committee, as well as the Finance Committee and the Strategic Planning Committee.

Ivan is active with the American Cancer Society--Eastern Division, Inc. and serves on the Board of Trustees and as First Vice President and Chair of the Audit & Financial Stewardship Committee.
 
Additionally, Ivan is a member of the Business Advisory Board of Fairleigh Dickinson University Silberman School of Business. 

He resides in Monmouth County, NJ.
