Joyce is an emeritus partner based in the firm’s East Brunswick, NJ, office and has over 25 years of public accounting experience. She is a licensed certified public accountant in the states of Connecticut, New Jersey and Pennsylvania and is also a licensed public school accountant, a certified fraud examiner and a certified government financial manager. Joyce specializes in audits of not-for-profit organizations.
Prior to joining Withum, Joyce was a partner of M.D. Oppenheim & Company, P.C. (joined with Withum in 2007). She resides in Union County, NJ.
