Irving is an emeritus partner with over 30 years of professional accounting experience with a specialization in taxation. He is a licensed certified public accountant in the states of New York and New Jersey. Prior to joining the firm, he was a partner of The Mironov Group, which joined with Withum in January 2016. In addition, Irving worked at Internal Revenue Service as a revenue agent conducting audits on large corporations and high-net-worth individuals in New York City.
