Get to Know Me

Dan is an emeritus partner of our Red Bank, NJ, office. He is a licensed certified public accountant in the states of New Jersey and Florida and has more than 42 years of professional experience in business consulting, mergers and acquisitions and general tax matters. In addition to specializing in healthcare, his clients include wholesalers, distributors, and manufacturers.

Dan joined Withum in 1976. He is responsible for successfully expanding the firm into the Ocean County area by establishing and developing Withum’s Toms River office in 1983.

Dan is also actively involved in many community and professional organizations. He has been a trustee of the hospital since 1990, serving as chairman of the Finance Committee and treasurer of the Board. He was previously serving on the AHA’s Leadership Development Committee.

A former treasurer of the Ocean County YMCA, Dan is also a past president of the Toms River/Ocean County Chamber of Commerce and Manasquan River Golf Club. He is currently Treasurer of Eva’s Village. He is a former member of the Southern Monmouth Chamber of Commerce and has served on the Board of Directors for United Way of Ocean County and Ocean County College Foundation. Dan is also a familiar guest voice on local radio programs, speaking on tax planning and financial topics. He resides in Ocean County, NJ.
