WS+B Partner Anthony Nitti Wins 2011 Best Article Award
WS+B is pleased to announce that Anthony J. Nitti, CPA, MST, Partner in the Firm's Aspen, CO, office, has been selected as the winner of The Tax Adviser’s 2011 Best Article Award for his article, “S Corporation Shareholder Compensation: How Much Is Enough?”.
The article was published in the August 2011 issue, competing with 36 other editorial pieces published from January through December 2011. This is a tremendous accomplishment, as The Tax Adviser is one of the most highly regarded magazines (print and online) which reports and explains federal tax issues to tax practitioners across the country and around the world.

A Firm Gone Viral
On a Friday morning in early December, some 150 accountants and staff boarded a Manhattan-bound R train. It's doubtful any of their fellow commuters guessed they were all from the CPA firm of WithumSmith+Brown. That is, until the dancing started.
