Richard G. Cohen, CPA, partner, WithumSmith+Brown, PC, presented as part of a panel at the Southern NJ Chamber of Commerce Non-Profit Workshop on June 5th, held at the Crowne Plaza in Cherry Hill, NJ. The purpose of the workshop, entitled, “Strategies to Deal with the Recession’s Challenges: Surviving 2009 and Beyond,” was to educate non-profit executives, staff, board members and volunteers on the strategies that can help them remain viable during these trying economic times.
The panel was moderated by United Way of Camden County President Michael Moynihan. Richard discussed financial reporting requirements. Other panelists included: Renee C.
