Based in the Princeton office, Kimberlee is a tax partner with over 20 years of accounting and tax experience, including working in the tax departments of Coopers & Lybrand LLP and Price Waterhouse LLP. Kimberlee’s expertise lies in international, federal, state and local tax issues affecting corporations, partnerships and individuals. She concentrates her efforts on special projects such as corporate tax research and planning, inbound and outbound international structuring, individual tax and executive compensation planning.

A graduate of Wellesley College with a bachelor's degree cum laude in economics and international relations, Kimberlee also earned an MBA in accounting and finance from the John E. Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA), where she sits on the International Tax Committee. Additionally, Kimberlee is co-chair of both the HLB North America Tax Services Group and the HLB International Tax Committee.

Kimberlee is a member of the Finance Committee for St. Charles Borromeo. She is on the National Board of Directors and Finance Committee of Learning Ally. In 2002, Kimberlee received the Princeton YWCA Tribute to Women award. In 2007, Kimberlee was named a Woman of Influence in Finance by the New Jersey Women’s Fund, and in 2008 she was named one of the Best 50 Women in Business by NJBIZ. During 2012, Kimberlee was named New Jersey Woman of the Year by Garden State Women for her work on corporate women's initiatives, she was awarded Salute to the Policy Makers bi-annual recognition by Executive Women of New Jersey and she was named a Woman of Note by the New Jersey Society of CPAs.
