  • Commitment to Quality
    In 1977, WS+B became one of the first non-national accounting firms to voluntarily join the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants(AICPA) SEC Practice Section and the Private Companies Practice Section, subjecting the firm to a peer review every three years.Since then,the AICPA, which provides oversight to firms across the U.S., has recognized WS+B for its six consecutive positive peer reviews without a letter of comment.


  • Commitment to Integrity
    WS+B also became part of the first round of non-national firms to participate in a review by the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), a private-sector, nonprofit corporation created to oversee the auditors of public companies in order to protect the interest of investors. The PCAOB has recently notified WS+B that no audit, accounting or quality control deficiencies were noted in their most recent inspection report. This rating is typically received by only a minority of U.S. firms.
