The founders, Frederick Withum, Leonard Smith and Ivan Brown, started their careers at "Big Eight" accounting firms and saw an opportunity to bring a more personalized kind of style to growing companies. Their firm would be 100% client-focused and employee-friendly, providing a wide range of expertise in accounting, auditing, taxation and consulting services.
A firm that began with six employees now has offices in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Florida and Colorado, employing over 450 dedicated individuals —hundreds of whom are CPAs. We stay strong and grow to better help our clients stay strong and grow.
